how can i run multiple projects in 1 project?

RE: Project

goto a task name cell in the project you wish to link a project into, select INSERT from the menu, select INSERT PROJECT, and highlight the project you wish to link, clink on open, and it will appear in the cell, click on the plus sign on the left of the inserted project and it will expand the tasks in that project.

hope this answers your question

MS Project tip:

Compare Work and Duration

Duration is the timescale within which a task is done; Work is the specific time element used. For example, 3 days work in a duration of 2 weeks. To compare, add the Work field into the Entry table by right clicking a column heading to Add Field.
