we were told we had 24 months free access, please could you clarify?

Hi Jen
Thanks for getting in touch. We have recently decided to upgrade our offer of support from 12 months to 24 months. There may well be a piece of paperwork around that still says 12 months.
However, you will be entitled to 24 months support. I look forward to seeing your questions!
