Hi Graham
Thanks for getting in touch. Yes that's perfectly possible. Open the Watch window from the Formulas tab. Click the cell(s) you want to Watch and click "Add Watch". They will now be listed in the Watch window, which can stay open while you navigate around your workbooks.
