Would like to know how to select / highlight precedents by double clicking on a cell

Hi Joseph
Thanks for getting in touch. A simple way to do this is to double-click a cell. This will start editing the cell, and will colour the border of a cell that is involved with this formula.
A more sophisticated way to see this is to go to the Formulas tab, click on the cell that contains your formula and choose Trace Precedents. This will draw arrows directing you to the source data of the formula.
If the source goes to a different worksheet or workbook, a dashed line will appear - double-click this line to follow the trail.
