Outlook public folder calender updates
we have a number of PA's here who add entried for meetings in our public folder. The problem occurs that when the appointment gets admended it updates the attendees but no the person who created the meeting.
Is this the way it is supposed to be working? Very fustrating as some users are missing appointments due to it.

Are the PA's creating Meeting Requests and inviting everyone that way? If so, do they invite themselves?

Outlook tip:Showing all menu itemsIf you go into a pull down menu you usally find that you get a selection of items(this is the default) or sometimes everything. If you only get a selectiopn you have to go to the double arrows at the bottom of the menu and click it to get all of the hidden items. |
