Currency display after running a macro
I have been running the VBA training file (sales macro file) created in 2003 in another pc with 2010 software. The dealer price, sales price and mark up have the £ symbol dissapear and the commision is in $. Is there any currency compatabilities between 2003 and 2010 or is it the macro written wrongly?
thanks
RE: currency display after running a macro
Hello Ana,
There is no issue between the versions, on the file you are using I don't think we wrote the format of currency in the code. To ensure correct display you need to code the format, and not expect it to pick up the format from the current cells.
I hope this resolves your question. If it has, please mark this question as resolved.

Excel tip:COUNT function vs COUNTA functionThe COUNTA function works in the same way as the COUNT function, except that it will count cells that contain text (labels) and also cells that contain numbers (values). The COUNT function will only count cells that contain numbers. Blank cells are not counted by either the COUNT or the COUNTA function. |
