Anthony whats with the vlook up?

RE: Anthony

Hi Karen, thanks for your query. There's quite a lot on the net about this problem so you're not alone. Have a look here:

http://help.lockergnome.com/office/Vlookup-returning-NA-referencing-cell-data-sheet--ftopict1006537.html

...and here:

http://www.accountingweb.co.uk/anyanswers/vlookup-na-returned

Try here for some workarounds:

http://www.free-training-tutorial.com/shortsum/vlookup-isnaShortsum.html

and here:

http://www.ozgrid.com/Excel/stop-na-vlookup.htm

See if any of that works on our data and let me know how you get on.

All the best,

Anthony

Excel tip:

Closing Multiple Workbooks quickly

When you have several workbooks open in Excel and want to just close them all at once:

1) Hold down the SHIFT key before selecting the File menu.

2) Once in File menu release SHIFT key and select Close All option.

3) All your files will close. If files require saving Excel will ask if you want to save the changes.
