Excel

Please can you explain how to fit a large spreadsheet onto one page and print without it going over various other pages.

RE: Excel

to fit a sheet onto one page select the print preview, choose page set up and select "fit to one page".

Alternatively go to your page break preview (3rd option to the left of the zoom bar on the bottom right hand of screen). Take your mouse and move the blue bars to the edge.

A large sheet may print in very small text.

Does that help?

Thanks
Paul

Excel tip:

Editing Formulas in Excel Cells

Although people like to edit a formula in the Formula bar, you can also edit a formula in the cell.

To do this select the cell and press "F2". This puts Excel into Edit mode, and you can move around in the cell and make any necessary changes.

Double-clicking the cell also puts Excel in Edit mode.
