Hello,
I am working on a document that was not created by myself, i have a deadline of Monday and i need to change a few things...
I am struggling to remember what to do to stop the top of a document from displaying on every page when printed?
Also could you please let me know how you can blank out the cells outside of the document you are working on?
I hope this makes sense? if not it would i be able to send you the front sheet of the document i am working on so i can show you what i mean? Look forward to hearing from you.
Look forward to hearing from you.
Kindest regards,
Jodie
RE: Excel
Hi Jodie,
1: You need to set your PRINT TITLES. On your ribbon (I presume your using 2007) select the Page Layout tab and then the Print Titles button. Click into the 2rd row which is "Rows to repeat at top", then click the row header of the row you want to use as your header row when printing, probably row 1. This video might help you learn the process better http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Iau6LRzbsQ
2: blank out the cells outside of the document you are working on... not quite sure what you mean by that. Can you send me the document and Ill have a look?

Excel tip:Closing all your workbooks QuicklyHold the SHIFT key down and using the mouse click on the file menu, it will now now CLOSE ALL rather than close. This closes all workbooks down but still leaves the application open. |
