How to make charts and possibilities with the data

RE: Charts

Hello Katie,

To create a chart in Excel 2003, click the Chart Wizard icon on your Standard Toolbar (this looks like a miniature chart) and follow the four stages in the Wizard, choose a chart, select data to be charted, amend the chart and decide the location.

Charts allow you to easily compare different series of data and make it easy to spot trends.

You will find that all this is covered in the handout you received on the day of your course (starting on page 39).

I hope this helps.

Kind regards,

Ruth

How to Spell Check an Excel 2010 Worksheet

Excel 2010 does not automatically spell check a document. So, here's how to manually spell check a worksheet.

Either select the ''Review'' tab in the Ribbon, go to the ''Proofing'' section and click ''Spelling.'' Or, simply press F7.
