Copy Picture
A) Attempting to print eg an A1 size programme with a large amount of detail involves a long wait for the print to exit our A0 printer—and even then the print may exhibit a loss of detail (No header / footer – time scale – logic links – text around bars)
B) The copy picture feature enables the same size print to be produced quickly and with no loss of detail except the header and footer is absent.
Any thoughts on resolving A and B gratefully received.
RE: Copy Picture
Hi Chris, thanks for your query. No instant fix for this I'm afraid. However, I would investigate reinstalling the printer driver to solve A), the print run shouldn't be stripping out information from the Gannt chart. As for B) I'm afraid you can't bolt much else onto the Copy Picture feature I'm afraid and any workaround would involve some code.
All the best,
Anthony

MS Project tip:Typing Links Between TasksIn the Entry table, use the Precessors column to type in links. Type the previous task's ID to link. To change the link, add FS (Finish-Start), FF (Finish-Finish), and so on, and + duration to add a Lag, or - duration for a Lead time. Example: for task 5, 4FS+1w ... task 4 preceeds task 5, finish to start, with a week lag between. |
