Mail merge

can I mail merge from 2 seperate documents into one single document?

RE: mail merge

Hello Sally,

The nature of Mail Merge is that you have one data source (typically a Word table, Excel list or Outlook Contacts address book) which is merged with a standard document with fixed text and mail merge fields which act as placement holders for the variable data drawn from the Data source.

If you would like to get back to me with details of the kind of documents you are referring to, I may be able to make further suggestions as to how they may be combined.

Kind regards,
Ruth

Word tip:

Change text immediately from upper case to lower case or vice versa in Word 2010

You don't ave to re-type all the text out again in Word 2010 if you decide you want to change the case of the text. Here's a really quick way of doing it without typing it all out again.

First, select the selection of text you want to change. Then, just press the Shift + F3 keys and keep pressing until the text looks the way you want.
