Scenario Box on toolbar
Hello there. I would like to bring the scenario box onto the tool bar (next to the help box). I was shown how to do this at a course yesterday, and have now forgotten. I find it easier than having to go into the tools menu each time I want to reveiw a different scenario. Thank you!
RE: Scenario Box on toolbar
Hello Laura,
Hope you enjoyed your Microsoft Advanced course with Best STL.
Thank you for your question regarding adding the scenario button onto your toolbar.
First of all, right click anywhere on your toolbar, then click on Customise. Select the Commands tab, and click on the Tools category which you will find on the left hand side. On the right hand side Commans section, scroll down until you get to Scenario: (has a drop-down arrow) then drag this item onto your toolbar next to your help button. You will see a black I bar, then let your mouse go. Click close on the Customise dialog box.
This action will place the scenario drop-down on your standard toolbar. Have fun with it!
I hope this resolves your question. If it has, please mark this question as resolved.
If you require further assistance, please reply to this post. Or perhaps you have another Microsoft Office question?
Have a great day.
Regards,
Rodney

Excel tip:Activating the formula bar with the keyboard in Excel 2010The formula bar in Excel 2010 contains a number of different formulas. However, it is time consuming to open the formula bar every time and insert the formula using the mouse. Instead, you can activate the formula bar with the keyboard. Simply press the F2 button on the keyboard then the information in the cell will expand allowing you to edit the information in the cell. |
