Grouping/Sub totalling then VLookup
Hi,
If I do the subtotal/ grouping function on a spreadsheet of data and then I want to transfer the total to a new spreadsheet. I've been trying to use Vlookups but this just takes the first value, not the total I want to transfer. How would I therefore transfer the subtotal value to another spreadsheet?
Thanks
RE: Grouping/Sub totalling then VLookup
Hello Tashi,
You cannot use the vlookup to extract the subtotals, this would require more development. however, send me a sample sheet with what you have done so far and what you want to achieve and i'll have a look to see if there is a non development way of doing this.

Have a great day.
