After going onto page break preview on one of the sheets, the sheet was broken into 6 pages. However, there is one page that I do not want to be printed, but I am unable to remove this page because it will affect the page break sections for another page.

I hope this makes sense!

RE: Excel

Hi Sachin,

Thankyou for your question and welcome to the forum.

Is it possible to send me a copy of the document so I can take a look at it with a full description of what you need to:

RE: Excel

It's a bit difficult due to sensitive data being displayed.

On one of the excel sheets, I have columns of data. When displaying and editing page breaks, the total number of pages totals 6. However, one of the pages (page 6) does not have any cell entries therefore needs to be removed. However, by altering the page breaks for page 6 will also alter the page breaks for some of the other pages.

Is there a way to remove page 6 without removing any of the other pages?

RE: Excel

Hi Sachin,

Could you please update me on whether you have resolved your forum post.

In Page Break Preview can you adjust the Used work area(the blue outer rectangle) to cover only pages 1 to 5?

Regards

Simon

RE: Excel

Hi Sachin,

Thank you for the response.

Have you tried selecting from Page 1 to Page 5 in the print dialogue box?

Regards

Simon

Excel tip:

Change the Default Width of All Columns in Excel 2010

If you want to change the width of the columns in your Excel 2010 spreadsheet, making them either larger or smaller, here's how:

In the Cells group on the Home tab, click Format.

Hover over the section called Cell Size and a drop down list will appear, select Default Width from this list.

In the Standard Width dialog box, enter the size you want to set as the default width and click OK.
