Filtering

Thank you for your question.

Once you have applied the relevant colours to the cells either manually using the 'Fill Colour' button or by using Conditional Formatting:

- Select one of the cells in the data set

- Open the the Data tab (at the top of the interface on the Ribbon)

- Select the 'Filter' button to apply the AutoFilter (drop-down arrows)

- click the AutoFilter drop-down arrow on the data set that has the colours

- You should be able to see an option that says 'Filter by Colour'

- Select the relevant colour to filter by.
