Tasks

I have set categories in my boss's mailbox and want to use them for tasks - how do I ensure that I can see her task list including items flagged for follow up in task list format?

RE: Tasks

Hi Rebecca,

Thank you for your question.

Do you mean setting permissions?

If you go to Tools - Options and the Delegates tab on her machine. Add yourself as a delegate and then assign the permissions you need on each folder.

I hope this answers your question.

Regards

Simon

RE: Tasks

Sorry Simon

I don't mean setting up permissions - what I would like to to is to see her tasks from my machine - in a similar way that I can see Calendar and Inbox - is this possible?

Thanks

Rebecca

RE: Tasks

Hi Rebecca,

Thank you for your response.

Your boss will need to go to her Task folder and click the Share Tasks folder button. Then choose your email address and it will send you an invitation.

Please find a link below which explains the procedure:

I hope htis helps you.

Regards

Simon
