Hi Marina,
Thank you for your question.
To modify a chart in Excel 2007:
- Select the chart
- This will then give you the Chart Tools contextual tab (top-right hand side of the Ribbon)
- The Chart Tools has, in essence three sub-tabs: Design, Layout, Format (just below the Chart Tools tab)
- All the tools required will be located in these tabs:
On the Design part of Chart Tools you will find tools to change chart type, move chart, chart styles etc.
On the Layout tab you will find tools to add in elements such as chart titles, axis titles, data labels, error bars etc.
On the Format tab you will find tools to format specific elements of the chart, such as gridlines, columns, text etc.
