PDF workbooks
I am trying to save a workbook as a PDF but it only saves one sheet. I have tried highlighting all the tabs and then saving but still only one sheet is available when you open the saved file.
Is it possible to save an excel workbook as one pdf file without having to use PDF creator and then dragging each additional sheet into one file?
RE: PDF workbooks
Hello Vicki,
Hope you enjoyed your Microsoft Excel Advanced course with Best STL.
Thank you for your question regarding saving workbooks as pdf files.
When using PDFCreator have you done the following:
1) Loop through each sheet checking if you want to print it
2) "Print" the job to a temporary queue
3) Then combine all the jobs in the temporary queue into a single job
4) Print the job to the PDF file
You can then also set security options for the pdf file if required.
As far as I know there is no add-in for Excel 2003 for creating pdf files so I guess you're stuck with PDFCreator.
I hope this resolves your question. If it has, please mark this question as resolved.
If you require further assistance, please reply to this post. Or perhaps you have another Microsoft Office question?
Have a great day.
