how do you put them on a shortcut

Hope you enjoyed your Microsoft Access course with BEST Training.
Thank you for your question regarding Macros.
When you select the option to record a macro from the dialog box, specify a name, and on the same box, you will see an option to specify a shortcut key. Simply click in this field and press a key on the keyboard, e.g. W
This will set the recorded macro to replay when you press Control+W keys.
