How do you ensure column A appears on every page that you print.

Thanks for your question
Simply go to the page layout tab and open the page set up group. You then need to select the sheet tab on the page layout dialog and in the columns to repeat at left control enter A:A, or alternatively click inside the control and then select column a with your mouse
