Thank you for your question regarding Charts
In 2010, after you create a Report or Form, go to Design View, then in the Design ribbon you'll see a button for creating a chart. Click this and draw out a box on the area of the form or report where the chart is to go. A Wizard chart dialog will open, similar to other microsoft charting tools. Follow the step by step instructions on this dialog.
