How to insert a template on a new worksheet rather than a whole new workbook?

Hi Minna, thanks for your query. Unfortunately Excel templates are .xlt files which apply to whole workbooks, so they can't be applied to a single sheet. However, what you could do is copy a formatted "template" worksheet to the file in question. Just right click on it and chose "Move or Copy" and then tick the "Create a copy" tickbox, sending it to your file or an entirely new workbook. That's probably the easiest way to insert a pre-formatted worksheet into a workbook of your choice.
