Hi
QUESTION: in Resource View. Is there a way to alter the units to 'days' and back ?
Back ground info:
My MSProject Resource view I am able to change all the data and fields in the left pane (Resource names and tasks etc).
My problem is my Right pane. it shows the hours for the day/week. against each resource/task.
My standard is 7.5 hours per day.
this is a drama as I have 2 MSP plans from different project teams, One allocate tasks in days (or decimal fractions of days) and the other uses hours.
I need to assess my utilisation of my resource pool manually split in 2 silos (we are not lucky enough to have a shared resource pool as one project worked off a different computer network - if only !).

MS Project tip:Link tasks using predecessor column - projecta. First, note ID number of the task you want to link to (predecessor). Then, in the predecessor column of the task you want to link to (successor), type the predecessor task's ID number. |
