Pivot Tables

If you created the pivot table first and then added more data to the bottom of the data source, then the pivot table will not automatically include the new data.
There are two ways to get around this :-
1) having added new data to the data source, amend the pivot table setup (or delete the pivot table and start again). A manual process that you have to keep doing if the data source keeps getting added to.
or
2) Use a dynamic range name (using the OFFSET function) instead of selecting the data source in the pivot table setup. This way each time you add data to the data source the pivot table can be refreshed and the new data will be included. This is dealt with very simply in 2007/2010 versions.
