How do I use the same print page layout for several project files but with say only minor differences (such as document reference number)?
RE: Printing
Hi Stephen
The layout of a plan is stored in its View - you could try using the Organizer (File > Info) to copy a view set up for printing to each plan.
If you populate project fields like Title with values specific to each plan (like reference number) then add the fields to the Header or Footer each plan will print consistently and still be able to display values specific to each project.
I hope this makes sense - let me know if you need any further info.
Kind regards,
Andrew
