How do you copy visible cells only?
RE: copying visible cells
Steven apologies for the delay I'm assuming that you want to copy only data displayed on the worksheet
1. Highlight the data displayed in the worksheet
2. Press the F5 key to display the GoTo dialog box.
3. Click the special button in the GoTo Box
4. The Go to Special dialog box should be displayed, select the option Visible cells only and click OK
5 From the Home ribbon select the Copy command OR hold down the Ctrl key and press the letter C to copy the visible cells.
6. Go to a blank cell or worksheet and either Right click and select paste from the shortcut menu OR hold down the Ctrl key and press the letter V to paste. This should paste the visible cells only.
Any problems please do not hesitate to contact me
Thanks
