What would be the best way to show a resoource/person what their tasks are on a celandar/gannt view, quickly when face to face with that person.
Also, could this view be easily emailed to them as a pdf/image if they are not in the same location as the MSProject user.

Hi Anthony
A quick way to do this would be to use the drop down filter (usually set to All Tasks) to Using Resource. You could also access this by clicking the Project menu then choosing Filtered For
You could then print the filtered view to pdf format for sharing with colleagues.
PDF printing is handled by 3rd party software that acts as a virtual printer.
