Hi Andrea, thanks for your query. To do this you need to Format the number property of the cell to however many decimal places you need. Select the cells you're interested in, Right-Click, Format Cells, select the number tab and the number category and set the No. of decimal places there. You could select entire rows and columns and then do this, and of course you could select the entire Worksheet and have every number entered rounded to the number of decimal places you specify.
There is also a function called ROUND which will do this as part of a formula.
