Graphical display

How can I add RAG status to my products?

RE: Graphical display

Hi Trung

thanks for your question.

Custom fields can be set to display their results using graphical indicators rather than the actual value.

For example if you insert a field such as Flag1 then right click on its title bar and choose custom fields you will be able to edit the settings for this field.

Click the button for graphical indicators. You can now set a test such as "equals" and a value such as "yes" and finally add an icon to display if the test is successful.

Now when Flag1 is set for a task the icon will be displayed.

I hope this helps - do let us know if you have any further questions.

Kind regards,
Andrew
