Currency Conversion in Excel
Hi
I was wondering if there is a formula or other way to be able to convert currencies from NOK to GBP in excel?
Thanks
RE: Currency Conversion in Excel
Hi Karmen
Thanks for your question
In principle converting one currency into another involves a simple formula, multiplying the currency by the appropriate conversion rate.
The most sophisticated example I have seen was the use of a live data link to provide a lookup table with up to date currency conversion rates.
A Vlookup function was then combined with a simple formula to provide up to date conversions.
If you could give me more information about the background of your problem, I could perhaps be a bit more specific.
Regards
Stephen
