Converting a PDF file to Excel
Can I convert a PDF file to Excel 2003 or 2007 without downloading anything?
Specifically, my data arrives in a PDF 'table' and I need to convert it to Excel to analyse it.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

RE: Converting a PDF file to Excel
Hi Jules
Not sure on this one. Personally from experience I have found limited success in copying text from pdf format documents and pasting into MS Excel.
It depends on the formatting complexity of your document, you may be successful copying and pasting. If not then you may need to look into third party solutions, try searching google for pdf export to excel solutions.
Kind regards
Jacob
RE: Converting a PDF file to Excel
Hi, Mathew.
As for me, I have seldom tried to convert a PDF file to Excel. I wonder have you ever worked it out? Do I need another 3rd party manual toolkit? When it comes to PDF conversion process, I have another question, I wonder have you ever tried to convert pdf to other image files before? As for myself, I am testing the related PDF to PNG converting, PDF to BMP converting , and PDF to JPG converting programs these days. Do you have experience about it? Any suggestion will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Best regards,
Pan

Excel tip:Do a fast scrollIn big Excel databases with many records, you can move down thousands of rows super-fast as follows: hold down Shift then click on the scrollbar somewhere below the scrollbar handle. This will move you way down the sheet without your having to use the scrollbar up/down arrows or drag on the scrollbar handle. |
