How can I omit negative values on Pivot table data?

Hi Mary, thanks for your query. Try creating another column in your source data to flag up negative values. Something like =B2>0 and autofilling down will return a series of true and false values depending on the values in column B. Then you've got a variety of options open to you. Maybe filter the source data to leave on true values before you pivot, or change your pivot table analysis to SUMIF dependent on the new status column.
