Hi, I'm having difficulty sharing excel files, I have shared them many times before, but at the moment when trying to share a file, I get the error message "this file is no longer shared" whilst other people are still working in it, I was wondering whether this is something to do with excel, or if it is a systems issue for my IT department?

If the file is being shared by other users then this does sound like a local IT issue. I suggest checking this with your IT people first and if this is not the issue we can explore other possibilities.

Excel tip:How to apply the same formatting and data to multiple sheets at the same time in Excel 2010When you want to format more than one sheet in a worksheet exactly the same way, Ctrl-click the tabs of the sheets you want to group together and they will all turn white. While they are grouped, anything you enter in one sheet gets entered into the others. |
