Theme Colours

How do I set our company colour palette (saved as a theme) to default throughout excel and word?

RE: Theme Colours

Hi Sarah,

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

The following instructions below should allow you to use the same theme in Word, Excel or PowerPoint.

Create your theme in your chosen application and then save it to the default document themes folder and then it will be available in the other applications via Custom themes. The path to this folder will be similar to the following link below:

C:\Users\Trainer\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates\Document Themes

Trainer is my login name.

I hope this answers your question.

Regards

Simon
