How do I share my macro with people using other PC's in my department?

Hi Andrea,
Thank you for your question.
Record the macro in a workbook and save the macro as an add-in in the Save As dialogue box.
Place the file on a shared network and then your colleagues can import the Add-in via Tools, Add-Ins and then Browse.
