Entering Data on a form
My Form has been locked and I do not know how to unlock it, Also my form is not pulling through the new information that I am entering onto my table?
I would appreciate an urgent answer as I need to present my database on Monday.
Thanks.
RE: Entering Data on a form
Hi Suzanne
Thanks for your question
Some initial things to check.
Open your form in design view and bring up the properties sheet, making sure that you have the form selected.
1. Check that the Allow Edits, Allow Deletions and Allow additions properties are all set to yes.
2. Check that the record source property is naming the correct table
2. Then select each control in turn and check that the locked property for the control is no and the enabled property is yes.
If this doesn't solve the problem, please follow up and we can explore other options
Regards
Stephen
