is there a short cut that displays the values from a columm into rows. all the values that are displayed vertically to be displayed horizontally?

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.
You can use transpose to change column oriented data to display across rows and vice versa.
Select the data, cut or copy it, then go to Edit - Paste Special and click Transpose.
