Add an Excel file to a word document
When I try and add an excel file to a word document (Insert/file) the excel file appears to be corrupted.
Is there a way around this/am I saving the file in the wrond format? Or should I just stick with copy and paste?
Many thanks
Jen
RE: Add an Excel file to a word document
Try inserting the spreasheet as an object, so click on Insert and then object and then create from file tab. Select the file.

Excel tip:Fill formulae across a sheetTo copy a formula down a spreadsheet where there is data underneath, to the left or to the right of the formula, double-click on the fill handle. The fill handle is the little black cross that appears in the bottom right-hand corner of the formula cell. Unfortunately, no similar facility exists to copy formulae across the sheet. |
