where do i go to make complex table structures? and is it possible to import tables from microsfoft to excel and vice versa?

Hi Naomi,
Thank you for the question and welcome to the forum.
You can create your spreadsheet and make it as complex as you like by entering the data and formulas. Always ensure your headings are in row 1.
If you want to import or export data you could use copy and paste special.

Excel tip:Hiding and unhiding columns using the keyboardCTRL + 0 hides your columns and CTRL + SHIFT + ) unhides them although you would need to highlight the column letters either side as per normal |
