MS Project / prince2 integration

how do you align MS Project to Prince2 methodology?

RE: MS Project / prince2 integration

Hi Jonathan

Thank you for your question. There are third party products designed to align MS Project with the Prince2 methodology. They are not developed by Microsoft so you would need to search the internet for possible suppliers.

I'm sorry I couldn't be more helpful on this occasion - do let us know if you have any further questions.

Kind regards,
Andrew

RE: MS Project / prince2 integration

Hi Jonathan

to be honest there is very literature aimed at this area. However, there was a good by Paul Eastwood Harris highlighting practical guidelines on how to use Microsoft Project in a Prince2 project environment:- Prince2 Planning & Control Using Microsoft Project, lSBN 978-1-921059-37-7. There is a good training provider, Firebrand Training, whom you can consult on how their Prince2 course pervades controlling and planning with Microsoft Project.

Sorry I couldn’t be of more help.
