Linking calendar from project to outlook

Thank you for your question. On the tracking toolbar (View > Toolbars > Tracking) is an option to create a task in your outlook to remind you about an activity in Project (look the for the Bell symbol) however there is no automatic synchronisation. MS Project Server allows synchronisation and also there are third party applications that provide similar functionality. They are outside the scope of our course but a search on the internet will quickly find potential alternatives.
