Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.
If you are referring to changing the currency symbol that displays with your figures in a spreadsheet:
1. Select the data to be formatted.
2. On the Home ribbon, in the Number group, use the dropdown arrow next to General, and select Accounting.
3. Click the dropdown arrow next to the button showing the currency symbol (below the dropdown box you have just changed from General to Accounting), and select the currency you wish to use. Select More Accounting formats if the currency you wish to use is not available for selection in the short list.
