Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.
If you are referring to the AutoFormat feature, which automatically applies formatting (e.g. font, font colour, shading, borders) to a cell range in Excel, then:
1. Select the data to be formatted.
2. Go to Format - AutoFormat.
3. Select an AutoFormat and click OK.
