How do you allocate tasks to different people/ job types

Hi Karen
In MS Project the resource is assigned to the task, rather than the other way around.
One of the ways to do this is to split the screen (Window > Split) then click on a task. In the lower left pane of the split click below the column Resource Name then choose your resource from the list and click OK.
