Formula error
I have a spreadsheet on which each row requires a calculation but it could be one of three alternatives. If I use the same question calculation several times but then opt for one of the alternatives I get a wwarning about inconsistent calculations (even though it is correct). Can I change a default so that i do not get this warning every time (as long as the calculation is one of the three legitimate choices?
RE: Formula error
Hi Alan, thanks for your query. You can turn off error checking by going to Tools - Options - Error Checking and deselecting the "Enable Background Error Checking" option. This should get rid of the inconsistent formula alert.
Hope this helps,
Anthony
