Thank you for attending Access Introduction course!! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.
There is a data type called Hyperlink. You assign the field as Hyperlink and then when you are in eth datasheet view you click on the field and then simply choose Insert > Hyperlink...
You can hyperlink the data value to any web address, Document such as Word, Excel , etc.. or even e-mail.
I have gone through the steps with your colleague, Tara, who attended the course with you so please ask her if there are any queries!!
