How can include a bar graph and a line graph in one graph using two or more sets of data?

Hi Joanne. If each series of data is similarly scaled then you just need to right click on each series on your graph and select a different chart format for each. If the scales are vastly different, you can set up a second axis on the right hand side of the chart (Format Data Series - Axis and choose secondary axis), and format that scale accordingly. You can have a number of different chart types on the same graph, but you are limited to two axes.

Excel tip:

Select only cell that contain text to lock format

For selecting cells that only contain Text in Excel

By selecting cells that only contain text, you can delete, fill or protect cells of this type.

Use short cut to Go to box (F5) or Edit, Go to
In the dialog box, click special button & select Constants and only check text or any other desired type.

Click OK.

And text cells will all be highlighted for you to apply format. Please note only works on one sheet at a time.
