RE: Print
Hi Gemma
If you want to print all the data on a worksheet onto one A4 sheet do the following:
1. On the sheet to be printed select the File menu and click Page Setup
2. In the Page Setup dialog box click the option Fit to ensuring both boxes show the number 1
3. Make sure that the paper size is A4
4. Click OK. The worksheet is set to print on one sheet.
5. Using Step 1 above reopen the Page Setup dialog box
6. Observe the percent value in the Adjust To window
If the value is less than 65% the data on the sheet will be too small to read and you will need to print on more sheets or on larger paper like A3 or A2.
The above can also be done in Print Preview by clicking the Setup button.
Hope this helps
Carlos

Excel tip:Screen Splitters in ExcelScreen splitter icons can be set from the ribbon bar, or dragged from the scroll bars. The icon just above the up arrow on the right scroll bar controls the horizontal splitter; the icon to the right of the right arrow on the bottom scroll bar controls the vertical splitter. |
