how do i create printable boxes / columns and rows around data on my screen

RE: excel

Hello Robert

Thank you for your question.

I'm guessing you are referring to applying borders to (i.e. putting lines around) your spreadsheet data?

To apply borders to your spreadsheet:
1. Select the cells you would like to put borders onto.
2. Go to the Home tab, and click the dropdown arrow next to the Borders button.
3. Select the type of border you would like to apply.

Kind regards
Amanda
